Q: What is your refund policy? A: Because every piece is handmade to order we handle refunds on a case by case basis.
Here's where we stand:
— If your item arrives damaged or defective we will issue a full refund or replacement. Just email photos to info@squigglelaseranddesigns.com within 48 hours of delivery.
— If your order was lost in transit contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or issue a replacement.
— Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be refunded once production has begun unless there is a defect or error on our part.
— If you simply changed your mind on a non-custom item contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation before production starts.
— We do not issue refunds for minor natural variations in wood grain, color, or texture. These are features of handmade goods — not flaws. Every piece is one of a kind and slight variations are part of what makes it special.
