Welcome to Squiggle Laser and Designs! By accessing or using our website (www.squigglelaseranddesigns.com) you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Our Site You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our site to transmit or upload any harmful or illegal material.
2. Products & Services We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colors will be perfectly accurate. All products are subject to availability. Because our products are handmade each piece may have slight natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, and finish. These variations are features of handmade goods and are not considered defects.
3. Pricing & Payment Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment through secure Shopify-supported methods including major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
4. Order Cancellations Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that we cannot guarantee cancellation due to production timelines. Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
5. Custom & Personalized Orders Custom and personalized orders are made specifically for you and are therefore final sale. We are not responsible for errors in personalization details submitted by the customer. Please review all custom order details carefully before submitting. A digital proof will be provided for approval before production begins on text-based personalized items.
6. Shipping & Delays We process in-stock orders within 2–3 business days and custom orders within 5–7 business days. Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier we cannot guarantee delivery timelines. Squiggle Laser and Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
7. Care & Product Longevity Our products are handmade using quality materials and sealed for durability. However they are not 100% fade proof or weatherproof. To preserve your piece keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight and protect it from extended outdoor weather exposure. Squiggle Laser and Designs is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or failure to follow care instructions.
8. Returns & Refunds We handle returns and refunds on a case by case basis. Items damaged in transit or defective upon arrival may be eligible for a replacement or refund with photo documentation submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Custom and personalized orders are final sale unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please see our full Refund Policy for complete details.
9. Intellectual Property All content on this site including logos, product designs, photography, and text is owned by Squiggle Laser and Designs and may not be reproduced or used without written permission. Some product designs are made using licensed SVG files purchased with commercial use rights.
10. Limitation of Liability Squiggle Laser and Designs is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our website or products beyond the original purchase price of the item.
11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Iowa, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Fayette County, Iowa.
12. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
