Shipping policy


Shipping Policy Effective Date: 5/11/2026

Thank you for shopping with Squiggle Laser and Designs! We are committed to getting your handmade pieces to you safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Times All orders are handmade and processed in our studio in Sumner, Iowa.

— In-stock items: 2–3 business days processing before shipment — Custom and personalized orders: 5–7 business days processing before shipment — Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Your total delivery time is processing time plus transit time.

2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for oversized items. If you have a PO Box please contact us before ordering at info@squigglelaseranddesigns.com to confirm we can accommodate your address.

3. Shipping Carriers We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size and weight of your order. The carrier will be selected at our discretion to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery for your specific order.

4. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes for orders shipped to Canada — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Expedited Shipping Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. If you need your order by a specific date please reach out to us at info@squigglelaseranddesigns.com before placing your order so we can confirm whether your timeline is achievable.

6. Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

7. Shipping Delays Once your order leaves our studio it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Squiggle Laser and Designs is not responsible for delays caused by:

— Shipping carrier delays or service disruptions — Weather events or natural disasters — Peak holiday shipping periods — Incorrect addresses provided by the customer — Customs delays for international orders

If your order seems significantly delayed please contact us at info@squigglelaseranddesigns.com and we will do our best to help you locate your package.

8. Holiday Shipping During peak holiday periods — including but not limited to Christmas, Mother's Day, and 4th of July — processing times may be slightly longer and carrier delays are more common. We strongly recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before any major holiday to ensure timely delivery. We will post any updated processing times in our announcement bar on the website.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged please take photos immediately and contact us at info@squigglelaseranddesigns.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and get a replacement or refund processed as quickly as possible.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please first check with neighbors and any safe locations around your property. Then contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If the issue is not resolved please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

Squiggle Laser and Designs is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

10. Incorrect Addresses Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to update your address contact us immediately at info@squigglelaseranddesigns.com. We cannot change addresses after an order has shipped. Squiggle Laser and Designs is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Reshipment fees may apply if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address.

11. Packaging Every order is carefully wrapped and packed by hand to survive the shipping journey. Fragile items receive extra protective packaging. Each order includes a handwritten note because that is just how we do things at Squiggle Laser and Designs.

12. Returns Due to Non-Delivery If an order is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment. If you choose not to have the order reshipped a refund minus the original shipping cost will be issued.
